A video tutorial on tumblr HTML, CSS, and javascript
If your Marketing Research Spring 2010 group already finished your Interview/Focus Group Video Assignment like THE STATIC QUO, The KMILL Spill, K-T, Shout Out Session, and Lyss did, then please continue reading.
The good news is that an awesome video tutorial on tumblr theme design was just posted at Nettuts. The bad news is that’s it’s part of their premium content, so you have to start paying $9 per month to get this tuts+ content.
I know that $9 could buy you lots of other great stuff, but I think the $9 would be well spent at tuts+ because:
- We’re going to be doing a lot more with tumblr this semester. The better you are able to work with your tumblr theme this semester, the more fun you will have in class.
- The subscription gets you access to other premium tutorial content that will help you learn the skills you will be using in marketing for the next 30 years– not just web design, but graphic design, video editing, and audio editing.
- 10 years from now these Girl Scouts might have these skills.
Let me know if you watch this video, if you redesign your tumblr theme, or if you want me to link to your tumblr website in my sidebar.
I know it can be frustrating messing around with your tumblr html, css, and javascript. I think this video will help you learn more about html, css, and javascript.
