Facebook lets you add all kinds of social stuff.

The Like Box is good for a home page and Like Button is good for individual pages and posts.

You’ll need a page for the Like Box and be sure that the Like Button is grabbing post and page permalinks “{Permalink}”.

Twitter

The Follow Button is good for a home page and the Tweet Button is good for individual pages and posts.

Google+

Get in some circles!

Add a Profile Button to your home page if your site is a personal site, add a Google+ Badge if your site is a brand or company page, and add +1 Buttons to pages and posts.

If you want a one-stop-shop for lots of social media sharing buttons.
