David Horowitz is a marketing professor at Sonoma State University who uses his marketing ebooks and WordPress website DrHo.ro to teach marketing classes. Dr. Horowitz teaches marketing skills that include web design, graphic design, video editing and search engine optimization in his marketing research, retailing, and promotions classes. Dr. Horowitz’s favorite marketing teaching materials include video tutorials, documentaries, and ebooks.

Hello, my name is David Horowitz and I have worked hard to learn and to teach new
marketing skills to business students in the classroom and computer labs at Sonoma State
University.
I spend half of my semester-long classes in the computer lab with students teaching
marketing skills. In my Promotion Management class students start WordPress.org websites. In my Retail Management class students learn Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign. In my Marketing Research class students start Tumblr websites. I have incorporated teaching materials that include Lynda.com video tutorials, Tuts+ written and video tutorials, AdobeTV, the Digging Into WordPress ebook and SEOmoz content into my marketing classes.
